Our 12 week transformational programs could help you lose 2lbs every week. Shape Up runs all year round so you are welcome to continue your journey after your first 12 week course.

You can attend a weekly education and support session (you can attend a group session or you can opt for an individual session). These sessions will cover a variety of subjects including the right foods to eat, how to set achievable goals, the most effective ways to exercise and much more! These sessions are also your opportunity to monitor your progress. Food planning sessions run on Sundays, with access to healthy cook books, our own recipe ideas and advice and support from our Shape Up team.
You will have access to Morgan’s gym plus a personalised gym program. One of our personal trainers will take you through your gym program during a one-to-one session. You will also have access to 7 group exercise sessions a week (including Circuit training, Core Conditioning, BodyCombat, BodyAttack and BodyBalance)
