Lee’s expertise revolves around personal training and nutrition. His own fitness journey started approximately 5 years ago when he returned to the gym after having surgery, weighing approximately 16 stone. At this period, he was out of shape and not following a diet. He took up running and dropped down to 9 stone (57kgs) in 2 years.

He really enjoyed running but found a sudden interest in weightlifting. He has now been weightlifting for just over 3 years and has gained close to 6 and half stone of lean muscle mass (he now weighs 97-98kgs). This has been a result of consistent training and nutrition.

His own experiences in both weight loss and muscle gain mean he can help you achieve your goal whether its weight loss, maintenance or weight gain.

Lee’s qualifications include a BA Hons degree in Applied Sports Science & Coaching (first class honours), MSc (masters degree) in Sport and Health Sciences, advanced nutritional advisor, physical and mental health first aider, reps level 2 gym and fitness instructor and reps level 3 personal trainer.
